Sankalpa School of Yoga – Appointment Experience

At Sankalpa School of Yoga, each appointment is a personalized and intentional experience designed to support your body, calm your mind, and reconnect you to your inner purpose.

Offerings extend beyond sound healing and include a variety of yoga and wellness practices such as Vinyasa Flow, Hatha, Yin, Restorative Yoga, Yoga Nidra, breathwork (pranayama), meditation, and mindful movement. Each session is thoughtfully curated to meet you exactly where you are—whether you’re seeking strength, flexibility, deep relaxation, stress relief, or energetic alignment.

Sound healing may be woven into sessions using crystal singing bowls, Himalayan bowls, and chimes to enhance relaxation and bring the body into a deeper state of balance. Movement-based sessions may focus on building strength, improving mobility, or creating space within the body, while restorative and meditative practices guide you into stillness and nervous system reset.

Private and small group appointments offer an intimate, supportive environment where you can unwind, reset, and return to your Sankalpa—your intention.
