During a session—often called a sound bath—instruments such as crystal singing bowls, Himalayan bowls, chimes, and tuning forks create waves of sound that gently wash over the body. Yoga Shala Sound Bath

The Yoga Shala Sound Bath is a deeply immersive experience where you rest comfortably on your mat, supported by props, blankets, and gentle ambiance.
