Classes

Classes at Sankalpa School of Yoga are thoughtfully designed to support all levels, offering a balance of movement, breath, and mindfulness.

Offerings include Vinyasa Flow, Hatha, Yin, Restorative Yoga, Yoga Nidra, breathwork, meditation, and sound healing integration. Each class provides a unique experience—ranging from energizing and strength-building flows to slow, grounding, and deeply restorative practices.

You’ll be guided with clear instruction and intention, allowing you to move at your own pace while building strength, improving flexibility, and calming the nervous system. Modifications and options are always offered, creating an inclusive and supportive environment for every body.

Whether you are looking to build heat, release tension, or simply reset, classes are a space to reconnect with your breath, your body, and your Sankalpa—your inner intention.
